Privacy Policy

This policy is issued by Embedded Nature LLC (“Embedded Nature,” “we,” “us”). It covers the studio website and the products we operate. Some products also keep a policy of their own. Where a product policy is more specific, it controls for that product.

Who we are

Embedded Nature LLC is a US limited liability company. We ship production systems we operate, and a few we hand back to the people who own them. Contact for privacy questions: [email protected]. ArchStack support also watches [email protected].

What this covers

This policy applies to:

  • This website (the studio site) and mail to [email protected]
  • Owned products listed below, except where we point you to a product-specific policy

It does not cover client systems we build and leave with you. Those stay under the client’s policies unless a contract says otherwise.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Studio site

The site is marketing and intake for studio work.

  • You send us: name, work email, and a short description of a system when you write in (mailto or the contact form).
  • Email: if the form is live, Resend delivers the brief. Cloudflare Turnstile may run to block bots.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (property G-T785M3CZ64) on these pages. Google may set cookies and receive IP address, device, and page views. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Hosting: Railway serves the site. Cloudflare may sit in front for DNS, the intake worker, and the Lattice waitlist worker.

We keep inbound mail as long as the conversation is live, then as needed for a record of the engagement. You can ask us to delete a brief.

Lattice

Lattice is an offline pocket DSA trainer. Bundle ID com.embeddednature.lattice. Product page: /apps/lattice.

  • On the phone: drill attempts, SRS state, session history, and scores live in SQLite on the device. The card pack is bundled with the app. Drills do not call our servers.
  • Account: none in the current build. Sign in, sync, and cloud restore are not on. A waitlist email is not an account.
  • Waitlist: if you submit the form on /apps/lattice, we store the email you give us, the fact that you checked the notice box, and when you joined. Resend holds the list in a Lattice segment. Cloudflare Turnstile may run to block bots. A first-time join may get a short confirmation mail. We use that address only to tell you when TestFlight or the App Store listing is live, or to answer a waitlist question. You can ask us to delete it: [email protected].
  • Purchases: none in the current build. If we add paid access, Apple In-App Purchase will process the payment. We will not see your card number. Restore purchases will go through Apple.
  • Tracking: Lattice the app does not send analytics in the current build. The product page on this site uses the studio GA4 property above, including a lattice_waitlist event on a successful join. If we add optional in-app analytics later, this section will name the events and the host.
  • Sensors: the home graph may use the accelerometer to tilt. That data stays on the device. Reduce Motion turns the tilt off.

Deleting the app deletes local progress unless you later sign in and we have stored a copy. We do not store a copy today.

Lattice is aimed at adults preparing for staff-level interviews. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

ArchStack

Course site, accounts, Stripe billing, and community links. The controlling policy is archstack.embeddednature.com/privacy.

LittleByLittle

Marketing site and waitlist today; trading product later. The controlling policy is littlebylittle.ai/privacy.

Com²unity

A Matrix community we operate: chat, membership, and billing. Homeserver and billing providers receive what they need to run the community. Join flows may show community-specific terms in the app. Until a dedicated URL ships, privacy questions for Com²unity go to [email protected].

Drip Coffee Labs

Brand and storefront for a coffee side project. Store checkout, if any, is handled by the store platform (for example Shopify). Their privacy policy applies to checkout data.

Your rights

You may ask us for access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, and you may unsubscribe from marketing. Email [email protected]. We may need to verify it is you.

Depending on where you live (including California and the EU/UK), you may have more rights. We will honor applicable law. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that point.

Security and retention

We use HTTPS, access controls, and the security of our hosts (Railway, Apple, Google, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, as used by each product). No system is perfectly secure.

We keep data only as long as the product row above says, or as long as law requires (for example tax records on paid products).

Changes

When we add sign-in, IAP, or analytics to a product, we will update that product’s section and the “Last updated” date. Material changes to Lattice will also show in the app’s Account screen when that screen can link here.
