These terms are issued by Embedded Nature LLC. They cover this website and the products we operate. A product may also have its own terms. Where those are more specific, they control for that product.
Who we are
Embedded Nature LLC. Contact: [email protected].
Studio site
The site describes studio work. It is not an offer to every visitor. Briefs we receive are confidential enough to begin. They are not a contract until we both sign one.
All site content, marks, and the lion lockup are owned by Embedded Nature LLC or our licensors. Do not copy them for a commercial use without written permission.
Lattice
Lattice is a pocket trainer for DSA recognition. Product page: /apps/lattice. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own study.
- Do not scrape, redistribute, or resell the card pack or field-guide copy.
- Do not reverse engineer the app except where the law says you may.
- The app is provided as-is. Interview outcomes are not guaranteed.
- If paid access ships, Apple’s In-App Purchase terms apply to the transaction. Refunds for IAP are handled by Apple. Restore purchases from Account in the app.
- Until Sign in ships, progress lives on that iPhone. We cannot restore it from our side.
App Store listings may also use Apple’s standard EULA. These terms are the brand layer on top.
ArchStack
Course access, refunds, and trading disclaimers live in archstack.embeddednature.com/terms.
LittleByLittle
Waitlist and site terms live in littlebylittle.ai/terms. Nothing on our sites is investment, trading, or financial advice.
Com²unity
Use of the community is also subject to the rules shown at join time (membership, billing, and Matrix acceptable use). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other members.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Embedded Nature LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. For Lattice and this website, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Minnesota have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a product-specific policy (for example ArchStack arbitration) may set a different dispute process for that product.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the date. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site or product.
